What is the general idea?

The original idea was to develop a site to collate funny tales that happened in health care.  That’s why your imput is so important.

However the more I looked at other blogs and longer I tried to get other people comments the more down hearted I became at the lack of response, despite knowing that I was getting readers.  So it has sort of become a reflective journal, that I hope people read and find amusement in, but please - it is an open house, so feel free to jump in - the waters lovely!
